Connors Stadium at Denton Field
Known by many names throughout its 75 year history, Miles City’s ball park has been the place where memories were made for generations of Miles City residents, creating a legacy that is inherent to Miles Citians every where. That shared heritage provides our town “a sense of place” for our residents; the distinctive landmark that signals “I’m home” as you drive across the Tongue River bridge at the west entrance of town.
Renovation and preservation of this community icon is the goal of the Ball Park Renovation project. The facility will also be nominated to the National Register of Historic Places to celebrate the 75 years it has served our hometown. The City of Miles City is facing huge costs to make the flood levy compliant and other budgetary concerns which makes grants, fundraisers and donations necessary to renovate the 1940 ball park.
